The smoke extract axial fans of Systemair AXC (B)/AXR (B) series are certified for 300°C/120 min. according to EN 12101-3. The adjustable pitch angle setting offers a big variety in performance and maximum flexibility to match precisely individual airflow requirements. The AXC (B) and AXR (B) axial fans have been performance tested in accordance with DIN ISO 5801, DIN 24163 and AMCA 210-99. Certified in accordance with EN 12101-3. All fans of the range are labeled with the CE-mark. Highly efficient impellers The aerodynamically-shaped impellers made from highstrength aluminium cast alloy with flexible blade solidities provide optimum efficiency. A range of different blade/hub configurations enables high operating pressures. Casing The casing is manufactured from galvanised steel in accordance with DIN EN ISO 1461. The flanges pressed onto both sides in accordance with Eurovent 1/2 provide additional stability. Long casing as standard. Motors Motors IP54/55, enclosure class H, according to EN 60034-5/IEC 85. Motor in the air stream. Available as single and two speed motors (switchable poles). Operation with frequency inverter for standard ventilation on request. Two-stage fans Two axial fans mounted in series to enable higher operating pressures. Quality Systemair is certified according to ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001:2004. Systemair‘s quality system is regularly monitored by TÜV Süd.
