Medium pressure axial fan Configurable in the Axial Fans Configurator Performance tested Application The AXC-EC provides effective extraction in operating temperatures up to 55°C continuously for various applications. Sturdy and dependable design Corrosion-proof aluminum impellers, IE3 high-efficiency motors and a hot-dip galvanized steel casing ensure high quality and a long life time. Performance The fan can be configured to suit the individual operating point. Therefore, the pitch angle is adjusted in the factory. This provides a wide range of performance and high flexibility in the selection. A guide vane is available for higher pressure and efficiency. Flexibility On request AXC fans can be customized with the following options: Wide range of accessories Various coating colors Special motor versions e.g. up to 100°C, with corrosion protection C5 or for other voltages FAT for projects Noise reduction AXC-Box can be used Casings of stainless steel or shorter casings Different positions for the terminal boxes X-ray tested blades and hubs Tested according to ISO 13350 and AMCA 250 & 300 The AXC axial fans have been performance tested in accordance with ISO 13350 and AMCA 250 & 300 standards on the Systemair or AMCA fan test rig. To select AMCA certified fans check the axial fan configurator. Construction The casing is made from hot-dip galvanised steel according to ISO 1461 with pre-drilled flanges. The terminal box with IP 65 is mounted outside on the casing. Motor protection The motors are equipped with PTC thermistors for motor protection.
