Description

Compression fittings are so called because the tightening of the pipe on the fitting occurs by compressing a sharp ogive that grips the pipe itself. Compression fittings are suitable for assembling rigid pipes (copper, brass, etc.); for any use of “plastic” pipes it is necessary to use a special reinforcement (code D414) that must be inserted inside the pipe up to the appropriate support stop. All fittings belonging to this category have been designed following the DIN standards that regulate the product.
