Flex Actuators are a variation of our popular Flexswitch II product line. They are an upgrade replacement for lever-actuated, snap-action switches (wand, limit, or paddle types), providing excellent sensitivity and relability. Life expectancy is in the millions of actuations. They are available in three different cylindrical body types to accommodate different environmental situations. (Shown above, from left to right, Stainless steel, PVC and Aluminum.) The ribbon switch actuating mechanism is sheathed in a heavy duty jacket and encapsulated into the cylindrical housing. Dirt, dust and water cannot penetrate the IP67 rated assembly. The housings have standard 1/2 inch non-tapered pipe threads for easy mounting.
