Robot Laser Tape Applicator has been projected to allow customers to apply heat-activated tape in moulded parts made by EPDM, PE, TPE,TPV and PP compounds.
Advantages:
This system, thanks to our patented laser technology,
allow us to heat up the surface of the parts and the tape without burning them.
The laser reaches the maximum power in milliseconds,
if the machine stops, at the re-start the laser will apply the tape without producing any scrap or leaving tape's uncovered points.
