Description

TL series
Iron core motors for high acceleration, speed and accuracy
The mid-range TL is our most popular iron core motor. Suited for nearly any application, including those with long travel lengths, like printers for large digital formats.

The mid-range TL is our most popular iron core motor. It features an extremely low attraction force between the coils and the magnets and stands out for its small size, high acceleration, high speed and accuracy.
The TL is also available in long versions, which makes this all-rounder suited for nearly any application, including those with long travel lengths, like printers for large digital formats.

Force
  • Ultimate force: 450 – 3600 N
  • Peak force: 400 – 3200 N
  • Continuous force: 210 – 1680 N
  • Coil Units: TL6 – TL9 – TL12 – TL15 – TL18 – TL24 – TL48
  • Magnet Plates: TL192 – TL288
  • Coil units: TL6, TL9, TL12, TL15, TL18, TL24, TL48
  • Magnet plates: TL192, TL288

Modules & positioning options
  • Digital Hall Module: 3 digital outputs (120° phase shifted) to determine electrical angle between coils and magnets; supply 4.5–28 Vdc; useful when the controller does not perform commutation internally.
  • Analog Hall Module: uses the magnet track as a linear scale; easy to mount on iron-core motors; communicates with standard servo controllers; supply 5 Vdc; cost-effective alternative to optical encoder/ruler setups.

Applications
  • Semiconductors
  • Display and screen manufacturing
  • Science & aerospace
  • Machine tooling
  • Digital cutting
  • Printing, including large-format printers
  • Robotics
  • Life science
  • Woodworking
  • Stages and system solutions
  • Vacuum applications
  • and more
