Overview
The EA-PSB (EA Elektro-Automatik) EA 20000 and 10000 series are bidirectional regenerative DC power supplies designed for industrial test and validation applications. They recover energy back to the AC mains with >96% efficiency, offer true autoranging for maximum usable power across wide voltage/current combinations, and include integrated function generator and test routines for battery, fuel-cell and PV simulation.

Built-in Function Generator and Test Features
The integrated AFG supports standard and arbitrary waveforms with sequencing and scales across parallel supplies. Typical uses include solar cell (VOC/ISC/MPP) simulation, inverter efficiency testing (standards guidance), and automotive tests (LV123/LV124/LV148).

Regeneration (energy recovery)
EA regenerative supplies can recover up to ~96% of absorbed energy and feed it back into the facility mains or public grid (depending on installation). This reduces cooling/HVAC requirements and improves facility energy efficiency.
