Falling film evaporator
Designed for evaporating water from the product (increasing product concentration). It can be used as a component of an evaporation station at any stage of evaporation.

The possibility of increasing the temperature regime due to the minimum duration of product contact with the heat exchange surface. A significantly higher heat transfer coefficient, especially on the III, IV and V housings of the evaporator.
