Definition
The Finlay® 684 2-Deck is a compact, transportable inclined screen designed for aggregate screening. It features two large inclined decks (2 x 4.3 m x 1.7 m) delivering a total screening area of approximately 14.6 m². The top deck uses quick wedge tensioning and the bottom deck has hydraulic tensioning to minimise mesh change time.

Screenbox

• Two decks: 4.3 m x 1.7 m each — total screening area ~14.6 m² (156 ft²).
• Screen angle: adjustable approximately 18°–37° (hydraulic adjustment available).
• Impact plates in feed zone made from abrasion-resistant material.
• Access catwalks on both sides and at the upper end for inspection and maintenance.

Telematics
T-Link telematics hardware and software are fitted as standard, including a factory data subscription period (example: 7 years) depending on specification.

Maintenance & transport

• Quick wedge tensioning on upper deck and hydraulic tensioning on lower deck to minimise mesh change time.
