The MOT-300N is a heavy-duty process cleaning machine engineered for the removal of carbon deposits, grease, and burnt oils from engine blocks and cylinder heads.

Built with a 2mm AISI 304L stainless steel tank, it stands as a robust solution for professional engine rebuilders. The integrated pneumatic lifting platform (250 kg capacity) automates the immersion process, ensuring operator safety and process repeatability.

The ultrasonic core features 3400Wp (6800Wp-p) power output driven by 34 high-performance PZT transducers. The Sweep System technology ensures uniform cavitation throughout the tank, while the DEGAS system optimizes the ultrasonic efficiency of the aqueous solution. It includes an advanced oil skimming/separation system to maintain fluid purity during technical cleaning cycles.
