Overview
Shaft-mounted gearbox MA series are designed for mounting by means of a tension arm; a back-stop device can be fitted if required by the application. Available in 7 sizes with two reduction stages.

Design and Features

• Projecting input shaft with key for mounting pulleys (belt drives)
• Helical spur gears in quench‑hardened and case‑hardened steel; gear teeth ground to ensure low noise
• Standard hollow steel output shaft, dimensioned for varied applications; options with shrink disc available
• Housing in engineering cast iron with a single lubrication chamber for effective thermal dissipation
• External finish: housing, flanges, bells and covers painted BLUE RAL 5010
