• Bending of up to 3 mm material thickness (in many cases unlimited); with special tool sets (UBW90) bending of 4 mm mild steel over long lengths is possible with restrictions.
• High box heights: TruBend Center 7020 up to 350 mm; TruBend Center 7030 up to 220 mm — enables deep bends for complex components such as electrical cabinets.
• Angle-drive (wedge) technology for precise path control and exact angles while protecting sensitive workpieces.
• 2-axis part manipulator with additional height axis for automatic positioning of all bends, handling negative bends, narrow profiles, multiple bends and cut-outs.
• Surface-friendly handling: suction, optional magnetic/gripper or 3-surface vacuum modules reduce markings on coated or sensitive sheets.
