• Backgauge: Standard 4-axis backgauge scalable to 5 axes; optional X-traverse for right-hand gauge finger (±75 mm) and up to three additional gauge fingers for long profiles.
• BendGuard: Intelligent light-field monitoring combining safety and productivity.
• Usable installation height: Large clear installation height (up to 615 mm on selected models) for high nests and complex components.
• OnDemand hydraulic system: Dynamic working speed 15 mm/s and rapid feed 170 mm/s for consistent quality and energy-efficient cycle times.
• ACB laser angle measuring: Optical non-contact system using a projected laser line and camera; four measuring modes (ACB Speed, ACB Smart, Identify, Copy Plunging Depth); measuring range 30°–150°, accuracy ±0.3°.
• Bending aids: Up to two plastic-pad bending aids per machine, each with 150 kg capacity; CNC-controlled vertical axis and automatic height adjustment to match die and part geometry.
