The automated solution for high‑speed, continuous production of small parts. TruBend Cell 7000 combines compact layout with integrated automation modules to enable unattended, high‑throughput bending of small components (up to 500 x 380 mm).

  • Conveyor system: places finished parts into boxes or onto a pallet conveyor.
  • ACB and ACB Wireless: automatic angle measurement and wireless communication between tool and control for accurate results on short legs and reflective surfaces.
  • TruTops Bend software: programming support including bend deductions, tool selection and sequence calculation for first‑part quality.
  • Tools with ID chip and sensor tools for automatic detection and in‑process measurement.
