Description
The TSA Gearbox for Siemens Type-X Metro is designed for use in the Wiener Linien metro system in Austria. It features a single reduction helical gearbox for partly suspended drive with a horizontal split housing. The connection between the motor and gearbox is achieved through a toothed coupling, while the gearbox connects directly to the wheel set shaft. The gearbox has a gear ratio of 7.37.
