Description

RS roller chain with special coating and special resin coating While maintaining the strength of RS roller chain, it offers excellent corrosion resistance in saltwater, weather, chemicals, and other environmental conditions. It does not contain harmful chromium and complies with the RoHS directive. -High chemical resistance The combination of a special coating and a special resin coating developed exclusively by Tsubaki has achieved high corrosion resistance (rust prevention) and chemical resistance. -High corrosion resistance No rust occurs even after 1000 hours in salt spray testing (JIS-Z-2371). ・Reducing environmental impact We do not use any harmful hexavalent chromium, which is used in anti-rust surface treatments, nor do we use any other harmful substances such as lead, cadmium, mercury, or arsenic. This is an environmentally friendly product that also complies with the RoHS Directive. -Same strength as RS roller chain The chain's tensile strength and allowable tension are the same as standard steel RS roller chain, with no reduction in strength. - Do not Use If the chain comes into direct contact with Food or If there is a risk that peeling debris or wear debris may get into the food. -Can be used outdoors or in environments exposed to seawater. - If you are using the chain in an environment where peeling debris or wear debris is a problem, please install a cover or consult us about selecting a chain. ・Please contact us if you plan to use the product in a high-temperature steam environment. - Avoid using it in combination with a stainless steel sprocket whenever possible. Operating temperature: -10 to 60°C (can be used up to 150°C with appropriate lubricant)
