Product overview
The VF series is designed to keep the degreasing solution constantly clean by continuously removing contaminants that would otherwise accumulate in the bath, compromising its effectiveness.

Process phases
Phase A: Sedimentation
During sedimentation, the sludge typical of degreasing or tumbling processes is collected at the bottom of a settling tank.

Phase B: Filtration on a self-cleaning paper filter
The solution, clarified by the sedimentation, moves on to the filtration phase through a self-cleaning paper filter, which retains solid particles (shavings, filings, and non-colloidal suspensions).

Phase C: Oil Removal
The filtered solution then passes through the coalescing section to separate the free oil.

Phase D: Ultrafiltration
Ultrafiltration allows only water and detergent to pass through, while blocking oily emulsion particles, solid particles, and bacteria.
