Description
Eliminate customer quality problems caused by poor or defective printing on corrugated boxes. Using high speed imaging, RegChek™ captures images of each and every box going through your flexo-folder-gluer, to measure print variation in relation to the standard value set at the beginning of the order run. For specific box designs, RegChek also identifies color registration variations in relation to the board edges, as well as variations in the slot depth. RegChek utilizes BoxChek 7 camera-based, quality inspection software, designed to work with up to 6 cameras/ sensors.
