The CDS code reader is an indispensable tool for high-speed production. The code reader reliably monitors color (including foil stampings) or black-and-white barcodes. The operator can set dimensional tolerances individually for code bars and spaces to provide simple or advanced quality standards. Valco’s color-code-reading system provides inspection functions not possible with any other code reader. The color code reader comes with a pre-folder. Because the code reader is mounted in the proper fixed position for quick sampling, make-ready time is substantially reduced.
