Hot Melt Inspection For End-Of-Line Packaging
The PackChek system is used for hot melt inspection on end-of-line packaging using both thermal and visual imaging high-speed camera technology. PackChek inspects the heat signature of the package to ensure hot melt adhesive has been applied to the correct locations. Defects are defined by pre-determined tolerance levels “glue windows” which are configured by the user. Systems include Valco Melton’s proven ClearVision quality assurance technology.
