CODECHEK™ CAMERA INSPECTION SYSTEM
CodeChek™ detects and reads every barcode to eliminate the risk of product mix up or unreadable codes.
This system takes sharp images of every barcode at high-speeds and compares them against the desired standard. When an incorrect barcode is detected, CodeChek™ will eject the product, stop the feed, or activate an alarm.
In working alongside other ClearVision cameras, CodeChek™ can also ensure that the load tag on a pallet matches the individual boxes it contains.
