Description

Overview
  • Robust ABS housing, compact and lightweight; suitable for mounting on machinery close to the point of use.
  • Calibrated and temperature‑compensated sensor with an integrated display showing measured vacuum/pressure values; eliminates the need for an external gauge.
  • Two independent digital outputs with LED status indication and rotatable display for easy orientation.


Signal and display
  • Two LEDs indicate the status of the two independent digital output signals.
  • Integrated display; free rotation allows orientation of the readout without disconnecting pneumatic connections.


Programming and configuration
  • Switching points and hysteresis (0–100% of set value) programmable via onboard buttons.
  • Configurable parameters: threshold comparison, NO/NC selection, units selection, parameter lock and display inversion.


Connections
  • Pneumatic: double‑threaded G 1/8" male or M5 female ports.
  • Electrical: M8 4‑pin connector; PUR cable with axial or radial connector available on request.


Applications
  • Measurement and control of dry air and non‑corrosive gases.
  • Common uses: safety signals, cycle start detection, vacuum suction cup control and energy optimization of vacuum generators.
