ProductVacuum regulator with pneumatic adjustment (membrane‑piston) designed for secondary vacuum control.
DescriptionThese pneumatic vacuum regulators adjust the secondary vacuum by varying the supply pressure to a short‑stroke pneumatic cylinder: increasing the control pressure raises the secondary vacuum level and decreasing it lowers the level. Regulators maintain a preset secondary vacuum regardless of fluctuations in the pump or primary vacuum. Unlike vacuum control valves, regulators do not admit atmospheric air into the circuit, allowing multiple suction points with different vacuum levels fed from a single vacuum source.
Technical features- Principle: membrane‑piston regulator
- Supply pressure (control): 0–5 bar (for items 11..31)
- Adjustable working vacuum: 1–800 mbar abs. (for items 11..31)
- Flow rate: 370–750 m3/h
- Operating temperature: -10 to +80 °C
- Installation position: any
Usage / ApplicationDesigned for centralized vacuum systems where each suction point must be independently set and held at a defined secondary vacuum lower than the primary vacuum. Pneumatic adjustment allows remote or panel control via a pressure regulator, so regulators can be installed away from the control panel.
