Vacuum and pressure gaugesThe measurement method is based on the Bourdon spring principle using section tubes in special copper alloy welded to the threaded pin. Movement is amplified by a lever and transmitted to the pointer. Housings vary by model; face and index protected by clear plastic disc. Available with radial or coaxial connectors, built-in or external flange, dry or glycerine filled. Except Ø 40 mm, other models have double scale dials. Manufactured in compliance with EU safety and measurement standards.

Vacuum gauge with steel punchDesigned for immediate detection of vacuum level inside tin cans and food containers. Uses a glycerine bath vacuum gauge with a hardened steel punch to perforate containers and a silicone vacuum cup to guarantee seal after perforation. Standard version shown; other versions available on request.
Mini pneumatic vacuum switchesExtremely compact devices that give or remove a pneumatic signal when a set adjustable vacuum level is reached. Pressure differential between set max and recovery at rest is not adjustable. Suited for controlling vacuum generators and activating pneumatic valves.

Mini electromechanical vacuum switchCompact vacuum switch giving an electrical signal at an adjustable vacuum level. Differential between set max and reset is 50–60 mbar (not adjustable). Suited where an electrical signal is needed for safety, cycle start, cup grip check, etc.
Micro digital vacuum switchesSmall devices, temperature-compensated and precisely calibrated, provide accurate digital signals. Switching point programmable by an adjustment screw with a red LED indicating output status. Hysteresis = 2% of set value (not adjustable). Polycarbonate enclosure includes sensor and electronics; available with coupler or aluminium manifold. Rotatable display on item 12 05 10. Vacuum adjustment valvesValves that introduce atmospheric air into the circuit when reaching a pre-calibrated vacuum degree to prevent further increase and keep the value constant. Used as regulators on single-pump circuits or as safety valves on uncommissioned tanks/containers and vacuum cup lifting systems. Vacuum level adjusted via a knurled bush with fine thread for accurate calibration. Operating temperature range -20 °C to +200 °C.

Vacuum regulators (manual and for rough vacuum levels)Regulators maintain a constant preset secondary vacuum regardless of primary vacuum and flow rates. Operate by membrane-piston exploiting differential between secondary vacuum and atmosphere. Regulators do not release air into the circuit, allowing multiple gripping points at different vacuum degrees from one source. Adjustment via knurled thumb screw (clockwise to increase vacuum). Technical features vary by series:

- Adjustable operating pressure (typical): from 800 to 1 mbar abs (standard regulators); some models from 980 to 1 mbar abs for rough vacuum level regulators

Vacuum regulators with pneumatic adjustmentAdjust vacuum via pneumatic cylinder compressed air supply instead of manual screw. Higher supply pressure yields higher vacuum level.
