Overview
The C21–C25EMP series are DC locomotives engineered for low axle load and configurable horsepower. They pair a 7FDL 12-cylinder EFI turbocharged diesel engine with the BrightStar microprocessor control for traction-motor temperature management. The 7FDL platform is proven in operations above 4,000 m and across temperatures from -50 °C to +50 °C.
