Overview
RECOFIL + EASYFILL + RECOMEC is a complete pneumatic solution designed for automatic recovery and transfer of dry powder from filter hoppers to FIBC (Big Bags) using dilute-phase conveying driven by the filter's available air pressure, without stopping the filter.

What the solution includes
RECOFIL (high-efficiency pneumatic recovery unit), EASYFILL (specialised FIBC filling station) and RECOMEC (electrical and pneumatic control panel) are integrated to provide continuous hopper emptying, safe dust-free filling and coordinated control of pneumatic conveying.

Function
The solution operates intermittently according to preset cycles based on dust accumulation. RECOFIL units extract dust from filter hoppers and convey it pneumatically to an EASYFILL station, which can receive material from up to four RECOFIL units. RECOMEC supplies and controls the compressed air and the opening/closing of the RECOFIL internal cone; a RECOMEC panel typically manages up to two RECOFIL units. The system eliminates manual hopper emptying and avoids filter downtime.
