Copper cable granulator is suitable for processing all kinds of scrap wires and cables, wire and cable with a diameter of 1-200mm, such as Automobile electrical wire, car electric wire, motorcycle electric wire, power cable, communication cable, signal cables and other miscellaneous cables which cannot be processed by wire stripping machine. Cable Recycling Plant Copper Wire Recycling Machine Description： PNCR Copper wire granulator machine adopts advanced design, rational structure, space-saving and reliable operation. This machine can save installation and production space. After separating and crushing, the plastic sheath and copper wire can be separated from waste wires or cables which become plastic pellets and copper particles. With airflow function and screen box straight shock excitation, the core and sheath will be separated. Plastic pellets, copper particles and two kinds mixed will go to different outlet areas. Dust goes to dust collector through air flue. The vibrating screen is controlled by a transducer that can adjust the frequency according to different conditions. The air volume is adjusted by the regulator valve. The machine starts and stops in certain orders. Cable Recycling Plant Working Process: 1. The first cable wire shredder of the recycling plant shreds the wires/cables into 10-20mm length. 2. By conveyor, crushed wires/cables are conveyed to the wire cable wire granulator, which crushes them again into 3-8mm length plastic pieces and copper granules. 3. The mixture is sent to the vibration system. By airflow gravity sorter and vibration screen, plastic pieces are separated from copper granules thoroughly.
