Automotive laminated glass is typically composed of two layers of glass with a PVB (polyvinyl butyral) film sandwiched in between. This structure provides safety features such as impact resistance and shatterproofing, but it also makes it difficult to separate the material components through traditional crushing and recycling methods.
Currently, 80% of automotive glass in Europe undergoes manual destructive dismantling, where tools are used to break it into pieces for collection. However, this approach introduces impurities and fails to preserve the economic value of the PVB film. Our recycling equipment not only maintains the integrity of glass fibers with a recovery purity exceeding 98.5%, but also processes 2 tons of material per hour while consuming 40% less energy than conventional methods.
Application:
PVB laminated glass:It is widely used in the field of automobile and construction. The car windshield is PVB laminated glass, and most architectural glass in Europe and America is PVB laminated glass.
SGP laminated glass:SGP laminated glass is mostly used for glass lighting roof, glass exteriors.
EVA laminated glass:It is mainly used for interior partition and decoration.
