Copper cable granulator, i.e. cable recycling machine, is specially used for processing waste cables, through the steps of crushing, separating and granulating, it separates valuable materials such as copper and plastic from cables, and transforms them into reusable cable material granules. This machine can save installation and production space. After separating and crushing, the plastic sheath and copper wire can be separated from waste wires or cables which become plastic pellets and copper particles. With airflow function and screen box straight shock excitation, the core and sheath will be separated. Plastic pellets, copper particles and two kinds mixed will go to different outlet areas. Dust goes to dust collector through air flue. The vibrating screen is controlled by transducer that can adjust frequency according to different conditions. The air volume is adjusted by regulator valve. The machine starts and stops in certain orders.
