Description

Check Valve TVR61-S1, brass, 20 - 40 bar - Product family The TVR61 check valves of brass are designed and perfectly suited for hydraulic and pneumatic applications in installations with liquid media and compressed air. They have been proven for many years in installations with pressure vessels or submersible pumps. Thanks to the minimal cracking pressure the valves are particularly quiet in operation. They are characterised by high flow, so significant time savings can be achieved. The check valves can be installed in any position. Only the flow direction must be considered. The standard version has female threads on both ends. Dimensions from G1/4" up to G2" are available. Other connection sizes and versions are available on request. Features • - Brass • - Full flow, high flow rate • - Minimum pressure loss • - Compact dimensions • - Average leak tightness • - Low-noise opening and closing Nominal bore (DN) - Acc. to design Max. allowable operating pressure PS - 20 up to 40 bar, acc. to design Cracking pressure PC - 0.025 bar Temperature range - -20 °C up to max. +100 °C, acc. to application Housing material - Brass Spring material - Stainless steel Sealing material DW - FKM Sealing concept - Cone seal Media inlet B1 - G1/4", G3/8", G1/2", G3/4", G1", G1 1/4", G1 1/2", G2" Media outlet B2 - G1/4", G3/8", G1/2", G3/4", G1", G1 1/4", G1 1/2", G2" Flow Direction - B1 -> B2 Application Hydraulic (oils of fluid group 2 within the meaning of the Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU) and pneumatic applications in plant engineerings, also suitable in applications with submersible pumps, pressure vessels, air conditioning systems, heating systems etc.
