DescriptionThe TVR9 H2 70 MPa check valve from WEH® is a high-performance one-way valve designed for hydrogen applications in road vehicles and hydrogen refuelling stations. It ensures unidirectional hydrogen flow and reliable prevention of backflow. Sealing elements are arranged to reduce the risk of damage from particles in the gas stream. The valve body is made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel with a robust internal design for long service life.
Construction and materialsHydrogen-resistant sealing materials and a corrosion-resistant stainless steel housing. Optional integrated particle filter (10 μm) to protect sealing surfaces from contamination. Internal design minimises contact with debris while ensuring reliable sealing under high pressure.
ApplicationIntended for installation in hydrogen-powered road vehicles and suitable for use in hydrogen refuelling stations. Offered as a return-flow prevention device in accordance with DIN EN 736-1 for installation in H2 systems and pipelines.
