Product description
WEH® fittings provide a leak-free connection for tube components using a cone-and-thread (60° Cone & Thread) system. All fittings are supplied complete with matching compression rings and screws.

The WEH® medium-pressure fittings form a metallic seal and can be reassembled multiple times.
They are suitable for pressure ranges up to 1,379 bar / 20,000 psi and for various media of Fluid Group 2 (according to PED 2014/68/EU), such as air, water and hydraulic oil.
Compatible with common tube sizes: 1/4", 3/8", 9/16", 3/4" and 1". Threading and wrench flats are designed in imperial sizes.
Sealing is achieved by a 59° external cone on the tube end mating with a 60° internal cone in the fitting (Medium Pressure Fitting 60° Cone & Thread).
WEH supplies the necessary tools for forming and reworking the external cone on tube ends and for restoring internal cones.
Straight connection with two identical ports, available in all common connection sizes.
Compression rings and compression screws are preassembled on all ports. Connection geometry: MP-Fitting 60° Cone & Thread.
Special versions with different thread types, pressure ranges or special materials for demanding media and conditions are available on request.

Applications
WEH® medium-pressure fittings are designed for liquid and gaseous media of Fluid Group 2. Typical applications include hydraulic systems in hydroforming and water-jet systems, high-pressure test benches, and high-pressure applications in chemical and food processing. Special designs are available for hydrogen applications.
