Description

Product description
WEH® fittings ensure leak-free connections of tube components. The cone-and-thread fittings (Cone & Thread) provide a simple and reliable connection system.
All fittings are supplied complete with the matching couplings.
The WEH® high-pressure fittings seal metal-to-metal and can be reassembled multiple times.
They are suitable for pressure ranges up to 1,379 bar / 20,000 psi. Ready for use with various media of Fluid Group 2 (according to 2014/68/EU), such as air, water and hydraulic oil.
Suitable for tubing in common market sizes 1/4", 3/8", 9/16", 3/4" and 1". The fittings are designed with imperial threads and wrench flats.
For WEH® fittings up to 1,379 bar / 20,000 psi, sealing is achieved by a 59° external cone on the tube end mating with a 60° internal cone in the fitting (Medium Pressure Fitting 60° Cone & Thread).
Tools are available for forming and reworking the external cone on tube ends and for restoring the internal cones.
Elbow with two identical connections, available with common connection types. Pressure rings and pressure screws are pre-assembled on all connections. Connection geometry: Medium Pressure Fitting 60° Cone & Thread.
Special versions with different thread types, alternate pressure ranges or special materials for demanding media or applications are available.

Features
  • Special sealing contours for leak-free connection
  • Pressure resistant up to 1,379 bar / 20,000 psi
  • Diagonally arranged fastening holes protect fittings from rotation
  • Simple conversion/replacement through identical sizes of cross, T and elbow pieces
  • Optimized impact protection to safeguard the data interface
