Description

Our specialised dredge and gravel range of Warman® horizontal unlined metal pumps. Overview Our Warman® range of coarse-particle pumps is specifically designed to provide continuous pumping of highly abrasive slurries containing large particles at high efficiencies with low maintenance and ownership costs. Containing a variety of our proprietary advanced metals, including Hyperchrome® A61 alloy, these pumps provide enhanced abrasion resistance for the most arduous applications, especially dredge and gravel. Our gravel and dredge pump series ranges from the latest, third-generation Warman® SHG™ super-heavy-duty gravel pump to the original Warman® G gravel pump designed in 1960s. The second-generation Warman® GH heavy-duty gravel pump is also available in high-pressure versions, GHP and GHPP. The heavy-duty nature of our Warman® D dredge pump has been proven in dredging and general industry applications over the last 60 years. Compared to other dredge and gravel pumps, these pumps offer the following benefits: Low total cost of ownership given no oil recirculation pump is required Ease of maintenance and minimal downtime with an easily removable shaft sleeve, split release collar, and robust one-piece casting that cradles the bearing cartridge assembly with a conveniently located adjustment facility Longer service life with reduced internal velocities, recirculation, gland pressure and intrusion of solids These pumps are unlined in order to handle severe large-particle slurries
