Description

Warman® AH® heavy-duty centrifugal slurry pumps are designed for the continuous pumping of highly abrasive, dense slurries in processes from hydrocyclone feed to regrind, flotation and tailings. Overview For 60 years, Warman® AH® series pumps have been considered the world’s standard for heavy-duty slurry pumping applications (Service Class 1-4). Warman® AH® slurry pumps are specifically designed for the continuous pumping of highly abrasive, dense slurries in processes from hydrocyclone feed to regrind, flotation and tailings in minerals processing plants. Compared to other types of mining slurry pumps, Warman® AH® pumps offer the following benefits: Greater efficiency, reliability and performance during the wear cycle Longer service life resulting in reduced downtime and total cost of ownership Available in a variety of sizes and with different lining options to suit specific applications Available with a WRT® impeller and throatbush upgradehg Ease of maintenance and improved safety These high-pressure centrifugal pumps are available with a variety of impellers and shaft seals to provide the perfect fit for a wide range of applications. The WRT® impeller and throatbush upgrade further enhances the pump's performance by improving its efficiency and reducing power consumption. Together with our range of Warman® mill circuit pumps, Warman® AH® heavy-duty slurry pumps provide a complete selection for most duties in the mill - from cyclone feed to regrind, flotation and tailings.
