The scraper-type film evaporator is a new type of high-efficiency evaporator, which is forced to form film by rotating scraper and flows at high speed, with efficient heat transfer, short retention time (about 10 ~ 50 seconds), and ability of carrying out falling film evaporation under vacuum conditions. It is composed of one or more cylinders with heating jacket and a film scraper rotating inside. The film scraper continuously scrapes the feed into a uniform liquid film on the heating surface and moves downward. During this process, the components with low boiling point are evaporated and the residue is discharged from the bottom of the evaporator. The equipment shows good performance of high evaporation intensity and good separation, which makes it widely used in evaporation, concentration, desolvation, purification, stripping, degassing, deodorization and other processes in petrochemical, fine chemical, pesticide, food, medicine, biochemical and other industries. Tiny pressure loss In the rotary scraper-type film evaporator, the material "flow" and the secondary steam "flow" are in two independent "channels": the material falls along the inner wall of the evaporation cylinder (forced film formation); The secondary steam from the evaporation surface leaves the evaporator almost unimpeded from the space in the center of the cylinder, so the pressure loss (or pressure drop) is very small. 2.
