Product description96% alumina (Al2O3) substrates are high-density ceramic plates offering excellent thermal conductivity, low dielectric loss and high dielectric strength for electronic and energy applications. They resist high temperature and chemical attack, and are supplied in standard sizes or customized formats with precision machining for thick‑film/thin‑film resistors, LEDs, energy storage gaskets and related components.
