Description

PG7 waterproof connection Serial wake up Automatic false echo suppression Intelligent industrial Ultrasonic level gauges are used in liquid level measurement in various industrial fields, especially in water treatment, industrial measurement range. The ultrasonic level gauge adopts advanced microprocessor and unique echo processing technology, which can be adapted to various complex working conditions. The "false echo learning" function enables the instrument to correctly confirm the true echo under multiple false echo conditions and obtain accurate measurement results. The transducer has a built-in temperature sensor, which can realize the temperature compensation of the measurement value. The ultrasonic transducer adopts the patented technology of optimal acoustic matching, so that its transmitting power can be radiated more effectively, and the signal strength can be improved, so as to achieve accurate measurement. If the sensor is installed at the environment temperature fall below 0℃, it should do well on the protective measures. In case of direct mounting of the sensor in a through hole using the nuts, it has to be fixed at the middle of the housing thread. Since the transmitted pulsed ultrasonic wave has a certain width, the reflected wave in a small area close to the transducer overlaps with the transmitted wave, which cannot be identified and its distance value cannot be measured. This area is called the measurement dead zone. The size of the blind spot is related to the measurement distance of the ultrasonic wave.
