Oil-immersed Transformer
Our oil-immersed transformers are perfect for transforming voltage, commonly from 10kv or 35kv down to 380V or 220V for end-user applications. Suitable for both indoor and outdoor settings, they are built to withstand harsh conditions.
• For oil-immersed power transformers, the low-voltage winding typically adopts a cylindrical structure made of copper foil winding, except for those with smaller capacities, which use copper wire.
• The high-voltage winding employs a multi-layer cylindrical structure, ensuring uniform turn distribution, minimal leakage magnetism, high mechanical strength, and strong resistance to short circuits.
• The iron core and winding are securely fastened separately. The device's high-voltage section, low-voltage leads, and other fastening parts are equipped with self-locking nuts to prevent them from coming loose. It uses a coreless structure to withstand the bumps during transportation.
• The coil and iron core undergo vacuum drying treatment, and transformer oil is filled using vacuum oil filtration technology, significantly minimizing the moisture inside the oil-immersed power transformer.
• The oil tank utilizes a corrugated sheet that has a breathing feature, compensating for oil volume changes due to temperature fluctuations. As a result, this product doesn't have an oil storage tank, significantly reducing the transformer's height.
• Because the corrugated sheet replaces the oil storage tank, the transformer oil is isolated from the external environment, effectively preventing the ingress of oxygen and water, which could degrade insulation performance.
