Product Overview
MS6H series 130 flange servo motor with power range 0.85 kW–2.3 kW. Compatible with DS5 series servo motors. Suited for industrial motion control applications requiring reduced winding temperature rise, low acoustic noise and enhanced environmental protection.

  • Low temperature rise and low noise: Electromagnetic optimization reduces reactive power loss; winding temperature rise decreased by approximately 15–20 °C compared with MS5 series.
  • High protection capability: Increased enclosure protection up to IP67 for operation in harsh environments.
  • High-precision positioning: Support for optional 17-bit, 19-bit and 23-bit absolute encoders.
  • Flexible configuration: Optional accessories include power-off brake and oil seal. Low-power variants can be fitted with a B2 small aviation plug interface for improved durability in humid and oily conditions.
