IntroductionTOPONE G43 Stainless Steel Chain is a TIG-welded, corrosion-resistant utility chain intended for cargo lashing, towing, agricultural work, industrial securing and compatible marine anchoring systems. The stainless steel surface requires no paint, galvanizing or protective coating. The product is intended for gradual pulling and load-securing forces only.
Key features- TIG (Gas Tungsten Arc) welded links under argon shielding for consistent weld quality.
- Corrosion resistance inherent to stainless-steel metallurgy; does not rely on sacrificial coatings.
- Suitable for humid, coastal, marine and industrial environments where a clean metal surface and corrosion resistance are required.
- Not intended for overhead lifting, hoisting, cranes, chain slings, chain blocks, suspended loads or personnel lifting.
Typical applications- Cargo lashing and transport restraint
- Gradual towing and tailgate restraint
- Agricultural connections and guard chains
- General industrial securing and marine anchor or windlass systems (confirm dimensional compatibility with windlass)

Parameter notesThe WLL (Working Load Limit) applies to an undamaged, straight chain under gradual direct tension. Shock loading, twisting, knotting, side loading and loading over sharp edges reduce chain capacity. Do not use a carbon-steel G43 load table for this stainless steel product unless TOPONE testing confirms identical dimensions, proof load, breaking load and design factor. The component with the lowest WLL determines the capacity of the complete assembly.
Optional materialsType 304 (06Cr19Ni10 / S30408 / UNS S30400 / EN 1.4301) - good general corrosion resistance, formability and weldability.

Standards, manufacturing and testingNACM Welded Steel Chain Specifications used as primary dimensional/mechanical reference; MIL-DTL-32655 used only when specified and certified. MOQ: 100 Meters. Package: Carton + Steel Pallet. Manufacturing: TIG welding under argon shielding; production inspection includes material verification, chemical and mechanical testing, chain diameter and link-dimension inspection, visual weld inspection, proof-load testing, breaking-load verification, WLL verification, surface inspection, grade and batch traceability, and final inspection certificate.
Application and maintenance- Use only for non-lifting applications stated in technical documentation.
- When used with hooks, shackles or load binders, every component must have a compatible WLL; never exceed the lowest-rated component.
- Marine anchor/windlass use requires dimensional compatibility with windlass manufacturer and appropriate corrosion resistance.
- Inspect chain before use and at regular intervals for cracks, deformation, elongation, wear, pitting, crevice corrosion and loss of cross-section.
- Rinse with fresh water after seawater exposure and dry before storage; avoid contamination from carbon-steel dust and unclean tools.
- Do not weld, heat, bend, coat or repair a finished G43 stainless steel chain; remove from service when marking is illegible or measurements exceed discard limits.
