Overview The powerful MOTOMAN GP400 handling robot provides an impressive payload of 400 kg and a maximum reach of 2,942 mm. Due to it's parallel link design, the outstanding repeatability is better than +/- 0.1 mm. Designed with extremely fast axis speeds and parallel-link construction to expertly perform heavy-payload tasks, the six-axis GP400 is ideal for heavy part handling, machine and press tending, as well as “jigless” applications. Engineered for simple installation, easy operation and minimal maintenance, this robot features a wide work envelope, along with high moment and inertia ratings for the accommodation of large, heavy parts. A streamlined upper arm provides easy access to parts in tight spaces, and a reduced interference design allows the robot to be placed closer to workpieces and machines, optimizing floorspace.
