Product overview

35 kg payload collaborative robot for heavy-part handling, large-work assembly and high-torque fastening
Capable of transporting 35 kg throughout its entire working range and in all attitudes
Suitable for depalletizing/palletizing of large or heavy items and stacking at height
High wrist-axis moment enables fastening operations exceeding 200 N·m across the full working range
New torque sensor allows intuitive and smooth hand-guiding
Achieves high working speeds while keeping collision forces low to balance productivity and safety
Slim, compact arm profile reduces interference with surroundings
Small footprint (φ270) allows installation in confined spaces
Relatively low robot mass simplifies design of mounting structures

Notes

Position repeatability is defined per JIS B 8432
Maximum speeds are peak values and vary with payload, posture and motion range
Power capacity is a reference value and depends on load, motion pattern and cycle time
Collaborative speeds must be set based on a risk assessment

Applications & installation

Heavy-part handling, large-work assembly, high-torque screw fastening
Depalletizing and palletizing of large or heavy items
Stacking and loading at height
Flexible installation in confined spaces due to compact footprint and multiple mounting options
