The ACER rope manipulator from Zeilhofer Handhabungstechnik in the stationary floor version is permanently anchored directly to the floor using bonded anchors and handles loads up to 150 kg. This provides maximum stability for fixed production stations. Optionally, the unit can be moved by pallet truck or forklift for maximum flexibility. It is driven pneumatically or electro-pneumatically.

The reliable lift is provided by double-rope technology for ergonomic, repeatable work. Manufactured at our site in Holzkirchen, Germany, certified to ISO 9001 and TISAX Level 2.

The lightweight aluminium lifting cylinder and the slewing bearing with 360 degree continuous rotation open up a working radius of up to 4,000 mm with loads up to 150 kg.

05 SAFE AND PRECISE
Rotation stops limit the working range, brakes on the individual rotary axes secure every position, and a pressure accumulator bridges power failures.

06 FLEXIBLE CONTROL
Either pneumatic or electro-pneumatic control, adapted to your infrastructure and process requirements.
