The ACER rope manipulator from Zeilhofer Handhabungstechnik in the stationary ceiling version is bolted directly to the hall ceiling or a load-bearing steel structure and handles loads up to 150 kg. Maximum stability with a free floor for people and material flow, ideal for permanent installations in industrial environments. It is driven pneumatically or electro-pneumatically.

The reliable lift is provided by double-rope technology for ergonomic, repeatable work. Manufactured at our site in Holzkirchen, Germany, certified to ISO 9001 and TISAX Level 2.

Rotation stops limit the working range, brakes on the individual rotary axes secure every position, and a pressure accumulator bridges power failures.
