The ACER rope manipulator from Zeilhofer Handhabungstechnik in the movable rail version is integrated into a ceiling-guided rail system, optionally with a bridge construction for X and Y mobility, and handles loads up to 150 kg. Precise, smooth movement across the entire hall width, maximum flexibility for variable workstations. It is driven pneumatically or electro-pneumatically.

The reliable lift is provided by double-rope technology for ergonomic, repeatable work. Manufactured at our site in Holzkirchen, Germany, certified to ISO 9001 and TISAX Level 2.
