The device is an in-line colloid mill manufactured by Zhejiang Xingsheng machinery Co.,LTD. The grinding process happens between the movement of the two teeth with the other revolving in high speed. The materials in between the teeth receives a strong shearing and abrasion together with the vibration and swirl. The forces disperse, emulsify and smashes the materials evenly. The colloid mill processes wet superfine grains. The device is especially used for smashing, mixing, emulsifying and homogenizing various semi-liquids, liquids and emulsion.
