How It Works
The colloid mill operates through shearing, grinding, and high-speed stirring. The grinding process occurs due to the relative movement between two teeth, with one revolving at high speed and the other stationary, causing the material between the teeth to undergo strong shearing and abrasion, along with high-frequency vibration and high-speed swirl. These forces effectively and evenly disperse, emulsify, and smash the material. The JM-L/F model is a new equipment designed for wet-processed superfine grain, used for smashing, mixing, emulsifying, and homogenizing various semi-liquids, liquids, and emulsions.
