How It Works
Colloid mill works with shearing, grinding, and high-speed stirring. The grinding process occurs in the relative movement between two teeth, with one revolving at high speed and the other stationary, which makes the material between the teeth receive strong shearing and abrasion in addition to high-frequency vibration and high-speed swirl. These forces effectively and evenly disperse, emulsify, and smash the material. JM-L/F is a new equipment for wet-processed superfine grain, used for smashing, mixing, emulsifying, and homogenizing various semi-liquids, liquids, and emulsions.
