Product description:The hot water blancher is core pre-treatment equipment for fruits, vegetables, meat and other food products. It uses short-time high-temperature water treatment to inactivate oxidase, prevent enzymatic browning, reduce microbial load and prepare products for freezing, drying or canning.
Operation:The machine heats water to a set temperature (typically 65℃–100℃) using steam or electric heaters. Food is conveyed into the hot water tank on a belt and remains for an adjustable period (seconds to minutes) to achieve color retention, wilting, softening and partial microbial reduction.
